I know this company did not know what to do when removing a home and appears they are not doing a professional job for their clients and over pricing a job that cost 1/3 the price. I would never use this group. Sam^s has always been a reputable place but the son is depleted their reputation. Mrs Wiseman never had a weapon and she is very professional

Just wanted to thank Monica for everything she has done for me. A lot has been a nightmare on the buying and transition on getting our mobile home set up. But definitely one bright spot dealing with Monica always very professional and always on top of her job. She kept me very updated on all my permits and inspections throughout the entire process. Hard to find people that do there job and give great service. And she is definitely one that I would recommend and use again if I needed. Can’t express enough how much help she provided and look out for her customers. Could only give 5 stars on the survey but she deserves a 10. Thank you again for everything.

Wonderful customer service! They were very professional. Took care of everything I asked. It took longer then expected for permits which was not there fault. A personal thanks to Sean and Monica who always took my calls when I needed to talk to them! And, thank you for taking care of my carpet problem.

This was my first time buying a mobile home and setting it up. I will admit I was a little nervous knowing nothing about the process. I was immediately put at ease meeting with Sean who went over the process of setting up my home and he was there every step of the way. He is one of the most patient people I've ever met. From the delivery of my home to the finish Sean coordinated everything to run smoothly and his response time is exemplary.
